REGULATION 16 - THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING (GENERAL) REGULATION 2012 AND THE LOCALISM ACT 2011

Proposal: Poundstock Neighbourhood Development Plan

Consulation on the submission (Regulation 16) version of the Neighbourhood Development Plan is taking place from Wednesday 14 October 2026 - Wednesday 28 October 2026 midnight. All representation received from this consultation will be made available to an independent examiner, appointed to examine the Neighbourhood Development Plan.

Copies of the Poundstock Parish Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents are available to view at Online Planning Register - Cornwall Council

If contributors are not able to access the documents on the Cornwall Council website, please contact neighbourhoodplanning@cornwall.gov.uk
