Meetings

All meetings of Poundstock Parish Council are open to the public and press, except for those (very rare) occasions when it is deemed to be appropriate to exclude the public and press, by a Resolution in accordance with Standing Orders.

Ordinary Meetings

Ordinary Meetings of the Council are usually held on the last Tuesday of each month, except when it coincides with a public holiday.
They are held in Bangors Methodist Hall Ex23 0AU commencing at 7:30pm

Annual Parish Council Meeting

This happens once a year and is held on the first Monday in May, except when it coincides with a public holiday.  In an election year the Annual Parish Council Meeting is held on the fourth day following the day of the election, or within fourteen days thereafter.

Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Parish Meeting (not to be confused with the Annual Parish Council Meeting) is usually held in March, although it can be held at any time between 1st March and 1st June.  In the interests of clarity, this meeting is often called “The Parish Assembly”, as it involves a coming-together of many factions of the community.  They are held in Bangors Methodist Hall Ex23 0AU commencing at 7:00pm

we urge you to respond to this public consultation.

 

This is a really important consultation for the parish of Poundstock and during lock-down it is going to be

impossible for the Parish Council to hold a physical meeting. 

 

We urge you to not only respond to this public consultation but in lieu of a public meeting let us know your
